2.1. Hot-dip galvanizing

Applications:

• Best product for harsh and acidic environments.

Advantages: 

• The cable ladder plated with a zinc layer has good resistance to acid environment, limiting oxidation, abrasion, rust, etc. Therefore, increasing the aesthetics as well as the life of the product.

Disadvantages: The price of hot-dip galvanized cable ladders is always higher than other products due to expensive production investment costs of factories, plating tanks, labor, wastewater treatment system, etc.
